This Cancellations and Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your enrollment at Shaheen Value School and receive a refund of your tuition and fees.
**Cancellations**
You may cancel your enrollment at Shaheen Value School at any time by submitting a written request to the school's Admissions Office.
If you cancel your enrollment before the start of the school year, you will receive a full refund of your tuition and fees.
If you cancel your enrollment after the start of the school year, you will not be eligible for a refund of your tuition and fees. However, you may be eligible for a refund of your fees for unused services, such as books and supplies.
**Refunds**
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of your cancellation request.
**Exceptions**
There are a few exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy. For example, you will not be eligible for a refund if you:
- Have attended school for more than 15 days.
- Have had your data entered in the govt. ISMS portal.
- Have been expelled or suspended from school.
- Have failed to pay your tuition and fees in full.
